Indian headdress' meet soft silk drapes with Julien Macdonald style embellishments. Did it work? Will it ever? For me it was evoking intimacy with strong contrasting lines teamed with soft feminine layering. Once the woolen loop knit dress showed itself down the runway it was then the collection boasted fluidity and a coherent message.
The designers combined had successfully created this essence of a gentle facet, adopting a different unique approach to the technique.
The first of many shows to feature alot of wool and knitwear, the A/W 10/11 seemed to hold this message consistently, you'll see.
