now I'm back with some new aussie. =D and NO, its not John-James (Big Brother UK, LOL)
So introducing Cassette Kids.
If you been to Australia, or fans of Lily Allen, might have heard of them, since firstly they are quite big like Yeah Yeah Yeahs in the UK, secondly they toured round with Lily Allen as a supporting act.
The band stated they influenced by The Klaxons, No Doubt and Yeah Yeah Yeahs. This quartet started back in 2008 by releasing their debut "We Are" which wasn't a smash hit yet set their foot into the club scene, and now with their full-length album "Nothing On TV" sure will be the one that drives them worldwide.
Secondly, if you been into H&M recently, surely you will have heard of this band. Pretty catchy too. "Operator Please"
Just like Cassette Kids, album number two are the one that set them on the map. With this one, the tunes have been channelled into a fine catchy electro-pop, while playing series of gigs to few festivals last year. Sure be the next "Alphabeat"-like band.
Enjoy their first single from their album "Gloves"
