18. LFW Day 1 - Jena Theo & Caroline Charles

Day started with Jena Theo at On Off's new ''mini'' venue in Seven Dials, Covent Garden.

While some pieces of Jena Theo were quite striking with its cuttings and its details, the qualities of the materials might have just dropped out of the categories. The collection played well round with the monochrome palette with a dash of blues and purples, along with the asymmetrical cut.
Music and styling were leaning toward a hardcore side of feminity which was interesting.

After the first show, headed back to LFW's home - Somerset House, for Caroline Charles.

With some iconic inspiration pieces from the 1920s, the collection was very subtle - featuring some tweed jackets and seen-before snakes and leopard prints. Very nice quality clothing indeed.
