"Who is the master? and who is the slave? Get up! It's time! ... it's time for you to read the signs... how high are the stakes? How much fortune can  you make? Nothing lasts forever? Should you carry on? Will it matter when you're gone? Was it all worth it?"

How did a 5 minutes 19 seconds changed the world...?

... well 20 years ago away.
Last month, Madonna's fans celebrated 20 years of 'Erotica' - an album released in November 1992 (3 months after Harry was born!)

'Erotica' is a song by Madonna from her 5th studio album, and is a spoken-word song, falls into various genres from R&B, to porn groove. From its lyrics, the song talks about erotic sex and sexual pleasure - which is first of its kind from an commercial artist back in 1992. It received a backlash from critics and fans due to its explicit nature.

The music video pushes the boundary even further with its visual contents, features Madonna in hardcore sex leather gear with golden tooth and a whip. Due to its highly charged sexual content, the video had to be released in 2 version - the "Standard" which contained no nudity, while the "Uncensored" version (video below) contained full-frontal nudity of Madonna, anal sex and extreme bondage, with Naomi Campbell, Isabella Rossellini's appearance.

Despite the negative and backlash, the song was able to top at least 3 charts No.1 and 14 Top 10.

"Erotica" album remained one of the most well-constructed and intriguing album of all time.

Video requires log-in, and contains strong nudity, extreme bondage, and sexual references.

Party through your weekday, WestFASHION YouTube Playlist.

I personally dislike Lana Del Ray and all of her songs... but Eugene McGuinness maybe got me to change my mind upon Blue Jeans.
but then her version (original) just literally makes me want to suicide, so I'll stick to Eugene.
THANKS EMcG!

What have been buzzing round in HQ. This playlist is only the beginning of the Summer. Keep checking our YouTube page, with some random videos featuring our Editor-In-Chief Harry, maybe some other coverages as well!

INTRODUCING JOE BROOKS

A YouTuber turned singer. A big one too, I featured him here back in 2009, reminding myself how I cried over his "Superman" song constantly.
Now, he got a new album "A Reason To Swim" (£4.99, via iTunes or e-store) and apparently had been touring around UK and US.

Definite an artist to watch for 2012.
